ABOUT Adam Dubow

A senior executive with global experience, Adam has been a strategic C-Suite leader, including on issues of corporate governance, risk, ethics, and compliance. Over the course of a distinguished 22-year career with Bristol Myers Squibb, Adam developed expert knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and the complex regulatory environment that governs it. In his most recent role as Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer at Bristol Myers Squibb, Adam served on the Management Team, contributing to the creation and implementation of the Company’s strategy.

Before joining Bristol Myers Squibb, Adam, a member of the New York State Bar, was a partner at the law firm of Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold, where he specialized in products liability litigation. 

Throughout his career, Adam has been a champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion. He has served as co-chair of the “Engaging Men” workstream within the Bristol Myers Squibb Network of Women, was Executive Sponsor of the BMS Law Department’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee, and is also a member of the Global Board of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association.

Mike is a Principal with ZS in the Evanston office. He has more than 18 years of experience addressing sales and marketing issues for clients in the pharmaceutical and medical diagnostics industries. As the Office Managing Principal for our Evanston office, Mike supports the collaborative ZS culture and engages with our variety of client and practice leads to strengthen our local teams. He is also the Global Lead for the ZS People and Culture Team (PACT), tasked with nurturing and enhancing ZS culture.

Mike is the previous ally co-chair of Women@ZS, where he created and now sponsors the “Empowering Allies and Champions” (EACH) program, designed to educate and build a community of male allies globally across ZS.

Mike’s areas of expertise include commercial operations, performance reporting, marketing effectiveness and launch planning in the pharmaceutical industry. A ZS leader in the implementation of operations best practices, Mike is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt. He has worked extensively with teams across North America and ZS’s India offices, leading traditional consulting projects as well as managing long-term outsourcing engagements and staff augmentation models.

Mike holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He also holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois, and he studied for a year at the Technical University of Munich.

Robert Lescano is a senior executive with over 35 years in the Hi-Tech Industry and a passionate advocate for women, equality and for the under-represented. He has been at Amazon Web Services (AWS) for over 3 years where he leads the East Area for Professional Services business. Prior to AWS, he spent 22 years in various leadership roles domestically and internationally at Microsoft Enterprise Services, leading small, medium and large teams, where he led innovative growth programs, customer teams, transformational strategies. He has been affiliated with IWL (Integrating Women Leaders) foundation for nearly 10 years, as one of the first allies to attend the conferences, leading workshops and ultimately joining the board and becoming board chair. At AWS, he led the creation of two Affinity Groups, LatinX and the Male Ally Community and Program, which is now at nearly 800 members.
